Getting Started HRM

System Requirements:

Most currenty web hosting servers like Plesk Panel with IIS & MSSQL installed will be capable to run HRM System.

Minimum Requirements

 

Installation

Manual Installation Step:

1) Extract provided Main Files ArityInfoway HRM System.zip files.
 
2) Extract HRM-Published files.zip file.
   Upload this files to your hosting server by FTP on htdocs or www or / root directory.
 
3) Restore Database "ArityHRM.sql" file in your database.
 
4) Set DB Connection details in web.config file.
 
 
 
 
5) Set your SMTP Details in web.config file. please check below screen shot. ( SMTP Details required to send email to Employee),
 
 
 
6) HRM-Source Code.zip ( For your Future referance or Customization)
 
8) HRM-Documentation.zip ( for your understanding more features grapgically)
 
7) Done!,  Start browsing / Accessing with your domain name.
 
As shown in below screen shot you will see this login page.
 
 
 
From this login page HRM admin can login with this login details, you can modify username and password your self.

HRM General Settings

Please enter About your company's General information, Change logo and other details as follow.

 

Financial Year

Create Financial Year. -> add Finacial Year as per your accounting year ( e.g. 2019 for foraign country, e.g. 2019-2020 for India)

 

 

Enter Employee Personal Details

Enter Employee details, for referance please check below screen shot.

 

Enter Employee Salary

HRM admin can enter employee salary from Admin side only. all incentives and other benifets % also can enter as per required. for more help check screen shot.

 

Leave Management

Company HR admin can manage leave applications, leave applied by enployee. Company HR can reply with approved or decline from Action.

 

Employee Login - Dashboard

How looking Employee Login - Dashboard view, Employee can view Leave, Holiday List and calender and attendance and more. By Employee login they can get Salary Slip and attendance report of his own only.
